There are laws made for other industries to avoid things like this.  America is based on freedom and equality.  We use the internet so much that it should be kept so access is equal to all.  The internet is a public output for information. It makes the site more fun to use.  An online search engine or an online video game site might be in this category.  It should be something unique and entertaining.  I think that it is possible for function and experience can exist in the same website they would just have to be coordinated right so that they worked well.
